Iphone 3.0 New features

Last Tuesday Scott Forstall, Apple’s head of iPhone software development, promises to feature more than 100 new features for Iphone 3.0. Although he didn’t disclose all the 100 features, there are some additions we will be all excited about. Apple really knows how to reward their loyal customers.
Some of the biggest updates include:
Multimedia messaging - you’ll be able to use MMS on your iPhone 3G (1st gen iPhones will not get the fortune of using MMS due to the use of a different cell radio).
Landscape keyboard - option is now available in all iPhone applications, including the Safari and Mail app.
Cut, copy, and paste - copy text and pictures, then paste them in any application on the device. If you change your mind about the newly pasted data, just shake to undo the paste.
Stereo Bluetooth – You can listen music and stereo through wireless headphones but again iPhone classic users won’t be able to add this feature.
Text messaging - you can now delete individual messages in a chat thread.
Forwarding meeting invites and contacts - you can now easily forward your calendar and contacts
Full search – this feature allows user to search calendar, mail, iPod library, notes, and contacts all at once.
Stocks – the availability to access updated headlines for the tickers saved in your Stocks application.
Peer-to-peer networking - allows iPhone apps the ability to find other iPhone users over WiFi or Bluetooth.
In-app purchases - developers will have the ability to charge a fee from within the application for more levels in a game, magazine subscriptions, eBooks, etc. This solves the problem of the 20 ebook readers that only allow you to read one book each
